This CLE Program is designed to provide in-depth coverage of recent Mississippi civil law in the areas of Civil Practice and Procedure, Torts, Evidence, Real Property, Family Law, and Insurance. The presentations will cover recent Mississippi civil cases and legislation in these areas (January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021). In addition, the program will devote one hour to Ethics, Professional Responsibility and Malpractice Prevention.
This CLE has been approved by:
(1) the Mississippi Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 6 hours credit, including 1 hour of Ethics;
(2) the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for 6 hours credit, including 1 hour of Ethics;
(3) the Louisiana Supreme Court Committee on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education for 6 hours credit, including 1 hour of Ethics; and
(4) the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization for 6 hours credit, including 1 Dual hour.
